Dell Perot Systems is a worldwide provider of information technology services

Required Skills 
4+ years of experience in bilingual PC and peripheral (i.e. printers)
installation, troubleshooting and repair with customer facing role 
4+ years On site support with expertise on Hardware issues
Supporting desktop applications in a Local Area Network/Wide Area Network
environment Windows 2000 and XP desktop operating systems 
M/S Office XP and 2003 applications 
Willingness to update skills and knowledge as new technologies and/or
applications are introduced into the environment 
Documentation of technical processes and procedures
Prior experience in a customer facing role. 

Desired Skills 
Clarifying, prioritizing, and resolving Information Technology issues. 
Identifying and executing appropriate problem solving steps. 
Understanding customer expectations and needs by helping the non-technical
customer verbalize issues. 
Handling complaints and difficult customers in a positive way. 
Customer-oriented telephone and email/chat abilities that respond quickly,
competently and patiently to customer requests or issues.
Provide technical support remotely by working directly with end-users over the
phone or through email/chat to gather information, evaluate options, and resolve
technical problems with computer hardware and software. 

Minimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:
A+ 
Microsoft Certified Professional
English expertise
