Job Description:
This position will involve daily maintenance, support and operations of the
leveraged network design. You will be interacting with a large variety of
clients to provide network engineering and 3rd level technical support for
complex network related incidents, changes and projects. Gather requirements,
analyze technical networking issues and the develop options and recommendations.
Plan, design, install, and maintain local and wide area networks, including the
recommendation of system software and hardware. Research, analyze, plan, and
develop hardware and software requirements. Coordinate, install, and maintain
appropriate systems software and hardware
Requires proven technical troubleshooting skills as well as developed customer
interaction experience. Prior position with experience in Network Design is
necessary. This position is also intended to assist in maintaining support
documentation so detailed documentation skills are required.
