and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for
an ITIL Service Management Analyst  to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Required Skills: 
• 1 year of experience in Service Management and/or Infrasrtructure
Services
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills 
 
Desired Skills: 
• Project management
Excellent English Communication Skills.
• Solid understanding of MS Office products. (Excell, PowerPoint & Word) 

Job Responsibilities: 
This position will be dedicated to a major account of Perot. The Analyst role
will work with the the leadership and Service Mgmt team designing and developing
operational performance and (ITIL) process compliance reporting for 
accounts involved. The Analyst designs, implements and
provides ongoing support for IT reporting: works to standardize and automate
reporting processes, guidelines, data models, content and format: and works with
account team reporting associates to meet customers needs
