Job Responsabilities:
1.- To take phone calls from customers requiring technical support in English. Candidate will have to be bilingual (Spanish/English).
2.- To use the tools and training provided by the company to either resolve the incidents over the phone, or to correctly triage and assign incident and request tickets to second level support teams.
3.- To cover any shift, candidate must be ready to be part of a team providing support after hours (late night shifts).
Required Skills:
1.- 1 Year of experience in customer care.
2.- 1 Year of experience in technical support.
3.- Spanish-English speaking agents.
